INSTRUCTIONAL INFORMATION

Please review the information on the attached form carefully before submitting and ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

Please make a copy of the completed Transfer of Registrant Agreement for your records, and then email it to the email address shown above. If this domain name is the subject of litigation or a trademark dispute, please send this Transfer of Registrant Agreement to legal@web.com (Litigation or trademark disputes only) or via postal mail to: Web.com ATTN: Legal Department, 5335 Gate Parkway, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.

Processing of the Transfer of Registrant Agreement may take up to 3 business days after receipt of the email. The New Registrant will be notified upon successful completion of the Transfer of Registrant Agreement. For purposes of this Transfer of Registrant Agreement, the term "Domain Name" refers to the domain name(s) identified in Section I below, the term "Current Registrant" refers to the current registrant identified in Section II below, and the term "New Registrant" refers to the new registrant identified in Section III below.

If the Business name has changed due to an acquisition, merger or business name change, please provide legal documentation from the applicable federal, state or local agency validating this change.

  • as a driver's license, military ID or passport.

If the Current Registrant is a company, organization or corporation, please provide a notarized letter
stating who the signing authority is and include indemnity clause:

  • as a driver's license, military ID or passport of Primary Contact.

  • Business ID - current business license or utility bill (within last 90 days)

Indemnity Clause:

  • "I hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Register.com, Inc., its directors, officers,
  • employees, representatives and agents from any claim, demand or obligation asserted by any party
  • arising from:
  • a. Any breach of the representations I made in this letter or
  • b. The transfer of any names affected by Register.com, which will be undertaken in reliance on
  • such representations."

Please note that the person or entity designated as the registrant at the time the controlling user name and password are secured is considered the registrant of the Domain Name by Register.com and is given full authority with respect to the domain name registration. The person or entity listed below will be the official registrant for the Domain Name(s) being transferred. REGISTRANT DISPUTES THE REPRESENTATIONS MADE IN YOUR LETTER.

Any associated service will be deleted once the domain name has been transferred to a new account by our department.
