After the first billing cycle, standard renewal rates will apply. For reference, the current renewal price for one Professional Email mailbox is $2.00 with a monthly term or $20.00 with an annual term. This offer is valid for an initial (new) purchase of Professional Email only. This offer may be combined with term discounts and volume discounts which apply to Professional Email. To cancel, contact us within the time designated to avoid renewal. These prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Register.com. No. Domain names are not included as part of our email packages. However, a domain name is required to activate and personalize your email boxes. You may register one through Register.com or use one you already have.
No. Having your domain registered with Register.com is not required. If you plan to use a domain that is not registered with Register.com, simply enter the domain name when prompted during the business email setup. You will then be given specific DNS information, which you can input into your domain provider’s DNS settings. However, if you do have a domain name with Register.com, set up is a snap. You’ll simply select the domain name from the list that will be presented to you.
Yes. You can access your full suite of product features--including your calendar and other collaboration tools--through mobile webmail access. You will have the benefit of shared calendars, contacts, documents, and tasks to help improve the effectiveness of your business communications. This sharing feature is available to any team member set up on the same domain name.
