How does the tracking phone number and email work?

We will mirror your website in real time and replace your phone number with a trackable 800 number. We also place a small "FastQuote" email form at the top of your website so customers can contact you via email if they want.

When you look at your ScoreCard you will see all of the calls that came through the 800 number, telling you the time, date and duration of each call. You'll also see a record of the emails you received through the "FastQuote" email form.

We do this by IP address, the address given to a PC when it connects to the Internet.

What if you don't deliver the amount of clicks I paid for?

1. We constantly monitor each campaign. If we see a campaign that is under performing, one of our marketing specialists will analyze the campaign, adjust ad copy and keyword combination to bring it back up to speed.
2. If you have clicks that are undelivered for a given month, we rollover those clicks to the next. So if you have a 60 click per month package and receive 58 clicks one month, your target number of clicks for the next month will be 62.

How does this work if my business is seasonal?

We also offer rollover plans for seasonal businesses. During the off-season, when search traffic for your business is generally much lower, your rollovers build. Once the season starts you get your full amount of clicks plus the rollovers you've built up in the off-season.
